MediLodge of Montrose is small town Americana. Nestled in a quiet corner of Genessee County we are located just east of the city limits on M-57. Check the local grapevine and you’ll hear a good story about us. We know that our reputation depends on the good words that our neighbors say about us, and we work hard to maintain our good standing in the community. We’re proud of our Family Satisfaction Surveys and our Citation Free State Survey in 2004. We are looking forward to enhancing our residents’ lifestyles with increased focus on person centered care.

On the edge of our 23 acre campus are two adult foster care homes where we provide alternate living arrangements with 24-hour care.

MediLodge of Montrose is consistently rated among the best skilled nursing facilities. We are inspected annually by the State of Michigan. During this state survey, we are reviewed in all areas of care and administration. We use our survey to help us grow and improve the care we provide our residents.
